The funding needed to study in the UK will depend on the UK institution you select and the area of the UK. You only need to show the visa officer enough funds to meet the costs of your course, living expenses and accommodation in the UK, for the duration of your studies there. The costs vary from location to location and from UK institution to another, so I am not able to give you a 'set' costing for this.
