Excel : Excel used to have letters to indicate the columns. Now, all of a sudden, there are numbers for the columns.

You have Excel set up to use the R1C1 style of cell notation. Go to
Tools > Options. Pick the General Tab. The first box in the settings
section is checked ("R1C1 reference style"). Uncheck this box. Click
OK. Your problem should be solved.
